The best Top Doorslammer teams in Australia, Top Alcohol dragsters and funny cars, nitro bikes, plus drift demos, kids zone and a weekend of motor-tainment!

The Westernationals is the biggest drag racing event in WA and is set to rumble to the sounds of 16 Top Doorslammers! John Zappia, Victor and Ben Bray, Mark Belleri, Scott MacLean, Grant O’Rourke, Sam Fenech and more will be battling in the ANDRA Drag Racing Series.

The John Zappia vs Victor Bray rivalry along will be worth the price of entry. After a heated Nationals in Melbourne, the battle to be King of Top Doorslammer in Australia is going to be as serious as ever on the Motorplex drag strip!

Throw in Top Alcohol world record holder John Cannuli taking on WA flyer Craig Glassby and six other methanol-burning monsters and the incredible nitro-fuelled machines of Jay Upton, Mark Drew and Ben Stevens and seven more in Top Fuel Motorcycle and you have the recipe for one incredible weekend of motorsport. We will have drift demos on Saturday to make sure the action keeps going all night long and the kids zone (in the pits, silver ticket required) is going to be a popular place with the Safari Bus jumping castle on Saturday and bumper cars on Sunday – all for free!

Sportsman qualifying begins from 10am on Saturday, with pro qualifying from 5.30pm. The action resumes from 11.15am on Sunday, with pro eliminations from 5.45pm. The full schedule is available here.
